Your raw honey took 60,000 bees, traveling 55,000 miles, visiting more than 2 million flowers, to gather enough nectar to make your one pound jar. Your honey is produced locally in small batches from the uncultivated land in the backcountry of Greenwich and Armonk.
Your honey is crude-filtered, unpasteurized, cold-spun and free from agricultural chemicals, preserving all the pollen, enzymes, and other nutrients that make raw honey so special. Your honey will crystallize after 12 months but that’s okay. That’s how you know it’s raw.
